Hi, I’m Anna, a registered nutritionist and health coach. I work with individuals and families to develop a healthier, more relaxed relationship with food using a compassionate, collaborative and practical approach.
Our relationship with food lasts a lifetime, and it can often be complicated.
My aim is for you to live with ease around food. This means free from food noise, negotiation and negativity.
I work in a non-diet, weight-inclusive way, enabling you to move away from guilt, shame and rigid food rules, and towards more confident, attuned and enjoyable eating, helping you build skills and strategies that last.
